THE DEAL

SURF CAMP SRI LANKA

TAKIN'IT SERIOUS WEEKS

Well not too seriously and not actually a week!

The idea behind this is for the surfer who has done a few surf camps already, has their own board and wants to get into the real business of learning and improving. Not a boot camp aimed at unrealistic levels of performance, the Takin’ it seriously trip is geared towards the more natural, real surfing, real knowledge and real fun kind of vibe.

The numbers are small, max 5 pax. This way the group can move around easy with out getting hassle from other surf schools or getting in any ones way. A combined start and leave time, every one arrives at the same time so we start surfing and hanging out together from the word go. The small group also insures you have the same surf coach or coaches the whole time of your trip, you get to know them but most of all they get to know you, how you surf and what you need daily to think about.

Having worked in Surf camps now for over 16 years I feel the smaller more personal, actual surf spirit vibe has almost disappeared. We at surf camp Sri Lanka would like to start bringing it back. While we realize not every one who comes to stay with us wants to be a full time surfer. We also realize there are a lot of people who want to improve and learn from actual surfers, take it more seriously while still having a great time.
