A few things worthy of consideration to insure you and we know what’s up.

A 30% deposit is required, at the time of booking, to reserve your room.  

   

Balance payment is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday, unless otherwise  specified.

  

Airport transfers are available on request please email for details.  Once booked  and our driver is waiting in Colombo, payment must be made upon arrival to the  Surfcamp. Sorry but cancellations or delays in flights causing you to miss your  collection time must be paid for unless we have sufficient notice.

  

Due to the time difference and flight schedules to Sri Lanka, sometimes check in  may experience a waiting period.  Every effort is made to get you in your room as  soon as possible, this should be considered when booking an early AM arrival  flight.

Check out time is midday of the day of your departure, late checkouts can be  arranged to coincide with late flights upon request and subject to availability.  

 

Dietary requirements can often be catered to, please email early to let us know.  

 

Deposit is none refundable if cancellation occurs less then 3 weeks before the  start of your surf trip.  

 

Surfing is great fun but is classed as an extreme sport! Please note that accidents  can occur despite our best efforts. Refunds can not be given due to injury whilst  learning to surf.
